Cool! I love the new textures on the cogs. They look very robot-like now! I'm totally downloading this!
My suggestion would be removing the disney elements from the pack, if possible, because I know many of these textures are bundled together into one file on top of having to worry about transparency and stuff of that sort. I just want to see what it would be like to see a content pack that has no signs that the game belongs to disney. (They would still be credited for making toontown, of course.) Rather than calling it the default pack, you should call it the toontown "Mature" pack. It gives the game a really formal look, so I just think that "Mature" sounds better than default. Sorry if I'm being picky. I love the pack! I'm going to run it next time I have playtime! |

My only question is... how do you turn files into a .mf? I know how to go from .mf to files, but not the other way around.

Removing all the Disney elements from the pack is definitely possible, and that's what I'm trying to do at the moment, I've already sort of done it with the Toontown Central signs, I just need to remove the Mickey Mouse ears. (EDIT: If Clarabelle still appears in the Cattlelog, then it won't be possible due to being unable to change the models, unfortunately.) And about calling it the Toontown Mature Pack, I'm a little unsure about doing that, and since I've already named it DIP, I can't really change it anymore. (Also, DIP is just a fun and short word to say. ) Quote:
Thank you very much! :-) Last edited by Buster Dachshund; 08-17-2014 at 12:56 AM. |

I LOVE those cogs. They seem really cool, robotic and modern.

I'm not sure if I care for how overly shiny the Cogs' suits are, but the dulled head colorings definitely go well alongside the new suits, and the look of the cogs in general! The hands are a bit off in comparison, but those are both a minor detail and a solid color. As somebody who really does not care for Nightlife, this is probably the best content pack for Toontown I've ever seen.
Of course, the only other one I've seen is Nightlife, but let's ignore that fact. |

OK I never tried any of these texture packs before, but I liked how this looked, so I downloaded it.
So do I just unzip it in the main TTR folder, or make a new one? Yep a noob question, but never tried using any game add ons before with Toontown. Thanks for any help. :) |

About the hands, I wanted to change all the Cogs' hands to Skelecog hands, but I wasn't sure on how to do that. (I couldn't find the Skelecog hand texture, or the Cog hand textures, I would be glad if someone could give me a hand with this.) Quote:
Second, create a new folder called resources in there, if there isn't one already. Third, put all the phase files from the zip into the resources folder. Fourth, play the game. :-) Last edited by Buster Dachshund; 09-14-2014 at 07:22 AM. |

Musical Thoughts
This is some really great music! I like how you use the original TTO music, then add subtle tones to make it more "mature," as someone else described it in this thread.

This pack is simply awesome.
For added awesomesauce, add dip barrels in cog buildings. |

Plus the textures used aren't too overwhelming, but just enough to give an awesome effect to each location. :) I'm very happy with it. |
