so it appears that the cogs acknowledge the incident from a couple years ago... oh great ... Not only does this email post confirms the sentience of the cogs who apparently use the Internet, it also notion that the have actual business regulations and this email seems to be sent to the same Yes-man who started the entire war

Something to note about the date being 2004. This would mean that last year, in 2014, coincided with 2003 on the same day. The Big Cheese sent a note on that day exactly one year later. This seems to go against one of Surlee's previous things he's said. Have we progressed at a normal rate now?

Toontown opened on June 2, 2003. Does this mean, hypothetically the game has been open for almost a year now?

trying to access that page brings up a 404, so im not sure if its something we can get at still/at all. there was another .mid file (tuning.mid) in one of the memos, did anyone manage to decode anything from it?
