If a person has a name that I would like and they have posted but they haven't logged in for a very long time, is it possible to claim the name? I ask because I was thinking of changing my name to Toontown Dude but it has been taken by someone who hasn't logged in or posted in over a decade.

If it isn't possible, then I understand completely.

Yeah, I unfortunately was hoping to just be Zuzu when I wanted to change my name, but the person who owned that account last logged in 5 years ago, and I couldn't change it, so I had to be my full name.
